The Disturbing Collapse of Immigration Enforcement

Rather than being deported, Illegal Immigrants are being bused and even flown to other states after being arrested due to the disturbing collapse of immigration enforcement.

In Tucson, Arizona, the country is given just a glimpse of what this collapse looks like. According to Andy Adame, a spokesman for the Border Patrol in Tucson, over the weekend federal officials flew about 400 migrants apprehended in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas to Tucson to be “processed” in the form of being released at Greyhound bus stations.

What this shows is essentially the breakdown of the rule of law. Specifically, that of ensuring our nations boarders are protected while those who are illegally here are deported. Neither of which are happening due to political aspirations combined with an overwhelming flow of illegals into the United States. For instance, Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley have already surpassed last year’s immigrant arrest total with a shocking 160,000 arrests, less than eight months into the fiscal year.

The blame should not rest with Texas Border Patrol agents as these numbers alone show that they are literally on the brink of collapse which will inevitable lead to an open border within the South West corridor. Without the resources or man power to the secure the borer, the Patrol agents are left fighting a losing war.

As the Tucson case showed, that war is being brought to your home city via bus or plane courtesy of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE). ICE is the principal investigative arm of The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and is directly responsible for acting on behalf of Barack Obama’s political aspirations.

These aspirations are outlined within the numerous policies that Barack Obama has issued throughout his presidency. Such as a nine-page memo telling immigration agents to try not to arrest and deport illegal immigrant parents of minor children. The memo stated “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents should use prosecutorial discretion to try to avoid detaining parents and, if parents are detained, agents should make sure they have the ability to visit with their children or participate in family court proceedings”.

A year before that policy was issued, Obama declared in 2012 another policy, this one directed at the so called Dreamers. This policy granted tentative legal status to young illegal immigrants brought to the country as children.

Fast forward to today and what we are seeing is the inevitable result of Barack Obama’s political aspirations that has allowed ICE to act in a manner contrary to their oath to the constitution and the law itself. When Border Patrol arrests and illegal immigrant, ICE, under the guise of “processing”, takes that very same illegal immigrant and releases them into the American population.

This short video clip featuring Dennis Lynch on The Kelly File last night exemplifies how disturbing and how close this country is to having an open border in the Rio Grande, it isn’t a warning, it is happening now.
